GENERAL INFORMATION

Air Tickets

Teo World Culture Tours travelers generally prefer to make their own flight arrangements, however in case land & air is requested, a quote is available. Air prices are subject to availability and depends upon the season and the airline.

Hotels

All the hotels that Teo World Culture Tours travelers stay in are the best available ones in their towns ranging from special class to 5-star. Every hotel that Teo World Culture Tours uses is chosen based on locations, comfort, cleanliness and local flavor. Also single rooms are as comfortable as double occupancy rooms.

Cuisine

Suffice it to say that all breakfasts and most dinners are included in the tour price. We believe in eating the local specialties in fine typical restaurants. All food and drink is hand selected in restaurants we choose, after careful consideration for location, character, comfort and hospitality. For lunches and dinners, we go to country inns and restaurants which are situated in pleasant surroundings and serve excellent meals using the very best local produce.

Transportation

All transportation that is related to the completion of the tour itinerary abroad is included in the tour cost. In most cases we will travel by bus which is the best way to explore a country. All the buses we will travel by are new brand and air-conditioned buses. Daily average of traveling by bus is four or five hours.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We do everything in our power to give our travelers an enjoyable journey. However, situations sometimes arise on or before a trip which are beyond our control. We therefore highly recommend personal travel and cancellation insurance. Personal travel and cancellation insurance is available through many insurance companies. If you like, we may suggest the name of an insurance company. Travelers who prefer not to be covered by this type of insurance take their own risk, and must declare that they have declined the travel and cancellation insurance. Most insurance companies ask for immediate sign-up for full coverage, so that it too is recommended to contact the insurance company before signing up for a trip to discuss any pre-existing situations.

Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.
